It Continues - in England

I am in day #2 of the BIG ADVENTURE - our move to England. I have no pictures yet cause the box with the camera won't get here until later this week. I am all caught up with sleep now.

Yesterday after I got here I immediately made sure my computer and Skype was working and even though it was 4 am in Ohio I could tell that all was going to be okay. After I settled in a bit I napped for 3 hours (no sleep on the plane). When I got up my first Skype was to Kathy Schmader cause I could see that she was on line.

So I headed out to wake up and see where the heck I am. I had Google Earthed the place long time ago and had seen a few photos that Bob had sent but they did not come close to how sweet the place and the town really are. I am at: The Stables, Hermitage Farm, Lucks Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 6HW, England. It is nice not to be in a tourist town. I could feel the everyday-id-ness of the other people walking around.

There is a little rain today - I will be seeing a lot of this I am sure - so I will go out with umbrella in hand and find some more. I passed a couple of realtor's offices yesterday so I think today I will stop in and see what they can do for us. i am hoping for a furnished place so we don't have the hastle of furniture etc to buy. We will see.
